Randy Ortiz first opened Suffern Lock & Alarm in 1992 as a small community locksmith service. Randy comes from a security and locksmith background which started in 1976.
In 1995, Randy partnered with Paul Costakis to open a locksmith shop in the downtown Suffern area. Paul has a locksmith and security background which started in 1990. Together, they managed to build an impressive list of clientele.
In 2003, It was time to move into a larger showroom with office space and storage. With over 2000 square feet of space, Suffern Lock & Alarm is well stocked and ready for jobs of all sizes.
Suffern Lock & Alarm want the community have a place they can walk into and speak to a professional or get a key made.
